Privacy information: registraion for the "2017 MAN Marine Sales Conference" in Shanghai
The MAN Truck & Bus AG acting as data controller assigned the Eurobase GmbH (Luxembourg) to the organization of the MAN sales conference 2017 in Shanghai.
Your personal data collected within the scope of registration and application are processed and used for the purposes of event organization concerning the participant support before, during and after the event – in compliance with the provisions of the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Act).
A transfer of your personal data for other purposes does not occur.
Registration
Within registration following personal data will be collected:
- First and Last Name*
- E-Mail address* [Your e-mail address is necessary for confirmation of registration and for important information about the conference.]
- Mobile phone number* [Your mobile phone number is needed for a short-term approach within the conference only.]
- Company Name
- Function (of job title)
- Data for requesting an invitation letter for your visa application (Company details: name*, job tile, house No./street*, city*, country*. Passport details: name es per passport*, passport number*, date of issue*, expiry date*, birth date*, nationality*, date of arrival*, date of departure*)
If applicable:
First and Last Name of travelling companion*
- E-Mail address of travelling companion* [Your e-mail address is necessary for confirmation of registration and for important information about the conference.]
The fields marked with * are mandatory, all other information is optional.
Data controller
Data controller for collection, processing and use of your personal data in compliance with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Act) is the MAN Truck & Bus AG, Dachauer Str. 667, 80995 München.
Data processor
The Eurobase GmbH, 17, Fausermillen 6689 Mertert, Luxembourg is instructed to collect, process and use the personal data pursuant to § 11 par. 2 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Act).
Data transfer
A data transfer for purposes to organize the conference only occurs to our regional salesman for marine engines, MAN Diesel & Turbo Singapore and to our importer for marine engines in China, Shanghai Ocean Equipment Co. Ltd.
For the hotel accommodation the required data will be transfered to the contractual obliged hotel „Pudong Shangri-La“ in East Shanghai.
Our importer in China creates invitation letters for the application of a visa if it is necessary.

You have the right to demand information about your personal data that we store and to have them rectified if they are incorrect or deleted if they are not needed anymore.
